Delivery Time
At IvySnuggles, we aim to process and deliver your order as smoothly as possible.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately 7–11 business days.
In total, please allow approximately 10–14 business days for your order to arrive from the date your order is placed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary depending on the destination, carrier, local delivery conditions or periods of high demand.
Delays
Although we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occasionally occur.
During busy periods, holidays or circumstances outside our control, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We will always do our best to minimise delays and keep your order moving as quickly as possible.

Depending on your location and shipment, the final part of your delivery may be handled by a local UK delivery partner.
Where tracking is available, you will receive Track & Trace information so you can follow the progress of your parcel.

Where applicable, we offer Free Shipping (Track & Trace).
You may also have the option to select Insured Shipping at checkout for an additional fee.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information becomes available, you will receive your tracking details.
